Dulhut Village-Family Housing: (Sept. 1970)
- Dulhut Village consists of the area bounded roughly by where 18th Street would be, Nern Street, 22nd Street and Cleveland Street.
- Dulhut contains eight one-bedroom units, forty two-bedroom units, fifty-two three-bedroom units, sixteen four-bedroom units and four five-bedroom units; for a total of 120 units available for low-income families.

Gratiot Village-Family Housing: (May 1967)
- Gratiot Village consists of the area on Riverview Street between 10th and 12th Avenues.
- Gratiot contains eight one-bedroom units, twenty two-bedroom units, twenty-four three-bedroom units, six four-bedroom units, and one five bedroom unit; for a total of 59 units available for low-income families.

Huron Village-Family Housing: (Jan. 1967)
- Huron Village consists of the area bounded by 25th Street, Nern Street, 28th Street and Manuel Street.
- Huron contains four one-bedroom units, twenty two-bedroom units, twenty-six three-bedroom units, eight four-bedroom units and one five-bedroom unit; for a total of 59 units available for low-income families.

- Secured entrance with buzzer system
- Carpeted living room and bedroom
- Resident councils and activities
Desmond Village-Senior Housing: (Oct. 1968)
- Desmond Village consists of the area bounded by 7th Street, Howard Street, 8th Street and Pine Street.
- Desmond contains 16 studio units, 83 one-bedroom units, and 5 two-bedroom units and 5 handicapped units for a total of 109 units available for low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

Peru Village-Senior Housing: (April 1968)
- Peru Village consists of the area bounded by Erie Street, Glenwood Avenue, Ontario Street and Bard Street.
- Peru contains 11 studio units, 77 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units and 4 handicapped units for a total of 97 units available for low income senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
